Hours of work: Monday to Friday, 9AM-5PM

Dynamite Recruitment is working in partnership with a hugely successful and very well-established business who are based in Rowlands Castle.
As a Customer Sales Executive you will be required to:
- Handle inbound enquiries via inbound phone calls and emails with the view to support your customers with their needs
- Provide customers with accurate and relevant information based on their requirements.
- Process customer payments when required.
- Learn to become a proficient user of in-house systems.
- Ensure all communication between customers and internal departments is accurate and clear.
- Other team Ad-hoc duties may be required from time to time.
- Develop and maintain lasting client relationships.
- To complete administration
- Experience within any Customer Service facing role.
- Familiar with Microsoft Packages.
- You will have good communication skills both written and verbal.
- Be a team player, follow instructions carefully, and be able to show empathy to all customers.
- Enthusiastic, friendly, and approachable.
- Able to prioritise workloads and work towards deadlines.
