Polytec are looking for a confident Technical Support Specialist for chemistry products for our Saffron Walden based client. You will offer pre and post sales technical support for company products. There is potential for hybrid working with one day at home each week.
Responsibilities:
* Technical support via telephone, email and online chat
* Prepare and send quotations with full costings and technical detail
* Follow up on quotes and monitor statistics
* Collate, check, assemble and test all items pre-delivery
Requirements:
* Scientific background (degree or similar level qualification or practical lab experience)
* Experience of working in a technical support role is preferred
* Hands-on laboratory skills
* IT literate, competent user of Microsoft Office
* Reliable with good timekeeping skills
