As a Senior Building Surveyor, you will play a pivotal role in managing a diverse range of building surveying instructions across office, retail, and industrial properties. The role offers a balanced workload, encompassing both project and professional services. You will act as a contract administrator on projects with budgets up to £30m, while providing professional services such as defect diagnosis, dilapidations, and pre-acquisition surveys. 

The ideal candidate will have a minimum 5 years experience, MRICs. Possessing relevant experience and excellent communication skills. The company promotes a flexible working environment, so the ability to work autonomously on occasion is crucial.
