Semi Skilled Labourer

My client based in Cramlington are looking for semi-skilled labourers to join an expanding team on an ongoing basis with an immediate start available.
This role will turn into a permanent one for suitable candidates.
Package -
* Salary is £12.75 per hour
* Day shift
* 07:30 - 16:00
* Monday - Friday
* Saturday work available
* Up to 62 hours available per week
Responsibilities -
* Assist skilled workers with various tasks in the factory
* Perform semi-skilled tasks such as basic assembly, machine operation, and maintenance
* Follow safety protocols and ensure a clean and organised work environment
* Operate tools and equipment under supervision
* Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
* Support team in meeting production goals and deadlines
Requirements -
* Previous experience in a factory or manufacturing setting
* Basic knowledge of tools and machinery
* Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team
* Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
* Willingness to learn and develop new skills
