A national health and safety construction consultancy are actively seeking a Fire Risk Assessor with Health and Safety experience. This bespoke firm are looking for Bristol or Bath based Fire Risk Assessors with Health & Safety backgrounds to cover the South West region, this will be remote working for the rest of the working week outside of site visits.

The Fire Risk Assessor

The successful fire risk assessor will work on projects mostly within 2 hours of their home address, offering a work life balance that is difficult to find elsewhere.

The Fire Risk Assessor will be completely solely type 1 assessments (communal areas) in residential and commercial buildings. Ideally, you will have had experience with health and safety assessments in communal areas as well as fire risk assessments.

The Fire Risk Assessor Qualifications:

  • NEBOSH Fire Safety
  • TechIOSH
  • IFSM, preferred
  • Level 4 Fire Risk Assessment preferred
  • Tier 3 Preferred

All reports are submitted directly and easily via their online diary system.

As the Fire Risk Assessor / Health and Safety Assessor, there are various career progression paths available, such as becoming Legionella trained, Health and Safety training, Fire Strategy development.
