An ambitious, Chartered Quantity Surveying consultancy are seeking an enthusiastic, and positive Assistant Quantity Surveyor who would thrive within a sociable office environment.

The Assistant Quantity Surveyor's Role

The two Directors are seeking an Assistant Quantity Surveyor who would enjoying supporting on a broad range of projects including: hospitality, leisure, commercial fit out, residential, and schools.

The successful Assistant Quantity Surveyor will support the senior team with pre and post contract duties, as well as having the choice to get into some project management work.

The Assistant Quantity Surveyor

  • Completed a Quantity Surveying or RICS accredited degree
  • Minimum of 12 months quantity surveying experience
  • Fit out project experience would be a plus
  • Client facing, well spoken, excellent communication skills
  • Would enjoy working in a less corporate environment
  • Basic pre contract experience
  • Car and driving licence
