Early Years Practitioner (with SEN Support)

NextGen Teachers are proud to be recruiting for a full-time SEN Teaching Assistant position for a Primary School located in South Leeds (LS11) for a September 2024 start.
The role is based in a Primary School with responsibilities including:
- Providing 1-1 support to Neurodiverse children with Autism, ADHD, MLD and Global delay in early years
- Supporting children with academic learning and well-being both in and out of classroom
- Required for lunch duty
- Providing feedback to class teacher and parents
- Managing behaviour, supporting children at all times, and providing intervention when required
Successful Applications Will Have
- ASC experience (personal experience will be considered)
- Experience working with Nursery/ Reception Children
- Enhanced DBS (or willingness to complete one)
- Full-time availability for a permanent position
- L2 Safeguarding Qualification (or willingness to complete one)
- 2x professional references
- Right to work in the UK
