An independent multi-disciplinary construction practice are looking for a Building Surveyor to elevate their Leeds office.
The Building Surveyors' role
The Building Surveyor will have exposure to both project management and contract administration services, working on a variety of high profile fit-out, refurbishment and new build projects, up to £20m.
As the Building Surveyor, you'll also have the opportunity to work towards the success and growth of the wider business, gaining business development and networking experience.
This position is fantastic for a driven Building Surveyor who's looking for a fresh challenge within a thriving business, with limitless opportunity.
The Building Surveyor
The successful Building Surveyor will hopefully be an intelligent individual, keen to take on a wide variety of duties.
- MRICS / on APC pathway preferably
- Previous consultancy experience
- Project management & contract administration experience is beneficial
