I am working closely with my LPA client based in Devon as they seek an interim Development Management Team Manager (DM Team Leader) on an initial 4-month contract.
This role is to support the new Head of DM and be responsible for monitoring and improving performance across the department.
A proven track record of performance management in DM is vital.
Weekly office presence is preferred but there is flexibility on this for the right candidate who has the experience required.
