Simply Education are working in exclusive partnership with a lovely primary school in located in the Birchwood area of Lincoln who are looking for a nurturing teaching assistant to join their team from the new academic year in September. This role will include both one to one and small group support work.

Role Details:

Full-time, Monday to Friday
Working with pupils from Reception to Year 6
One-to-one and small group support
September Start

As a Teaching Assistant, you will:
- Support pupils' learning across various subjects
- Assist teachers in classroom activities
- Provide targeted support to individuals and small groups
- Help create a positive and inclusive learning environment
- Contribute to pupils' social and emotional development

Essential Requirements:

- Prior experience working with children (educational setting preferred)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Patience and ability to motivate young learners
- Flexibility to work across different year groups
- Commitment to supporting pupils' diverse needs
