We are seeking passionate and versatile Unqualified English Teachers to join our dedicated team at secondary schools in Harlow. Starting in September 2024, this unique opportunity is ideal for individuals with a strong command of the English language and a desire to inspire young minds, even without formal teaching qualifications.

Responsibilities:

• Deliver engaging and effective English lessons to students at Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4.
• Develop and implement creative lesson plans that cater to a diverse range of learning styles and abilities.
• Assess and monitor student progress, providing constructive feedback and support to help them achieve their academic goals.
• Collaborate with colleagues to create a positive and inclusive learning environment.
• Participate in extracurricular activities and school events to enhance the overall educational experience for students.
