My client a leading Construction company is seeking a dedicated Site Manager to work on internal and external refurbishments valued from £200k to £1m. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the day-to-day activities, ensuring smooth operations, and maintaining high standards on site.

The role is to take a Grade II listed building and internally change the existing internals into luxury apartments

You will supervise and coordinate site staff to achieve operational goals; while managing site budgets and resources effectively, you will implement health and safety procedures to maintain a safe working environment and monitor and report on site performance metrics to senior management and resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise on-site promptly

You will implement and enforce company policies and procedures at all sites

You will need to have proven experience working on internal and external refurbishments and proven experience in a supervisory or managerial role and have a strong leadership skill with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively and have excellent organisational and time-management skills and knowledge of health and safety regulations
