  • Do you have experience troubleshooting bespoke applications using Azure, Dynamics and SQL?
  • Can you deal with 2nd and 3rd line escalations?

My client, a modern, scaling FX company, is looking for a Senior Applications Support Engineer to join their world class team. You’ll work closely with the Head of Infrastructure, Support and Development teams to troubleshoot and fix bugs on their cutting-edge applications. If you have an interest in coding, in particular .NET, this could be an awesome fit.

The Senior Application Support Engineer must have:

  • At least 5 years in a support role, ideally mentoring juniors
  • Experience with SQL
  • Experience working on CRM’s, ideally Dynamics
  • Experience with Azure (must have)
  • Experience troubleshooting 2nd/3rd line escalations
  • Experience with .NET is advantageous

The Senior Application Support Engineer will be responsible

  • Management of day-to-day tickets
  • Prioritisation of critical tickets
  • Assisting clients with API integrations from onboarding the production launch
  • Monitor application performance
  • Work closely with support and engineering teams to fix bugs
