My client, a modern, scaling FX company, is looking for a Senior Applications Support Engineer to join their world class team. You’ll work closely with the Head of Infrastructure, Support and Development teams to troubleshoot and fix bugs on their cutting-edge applications. If you have an interest in coding, in particular .NET, this could be an awesome fit.
The Senior Application Support Engineer must have:
- At least 5 years in a support role, ideally mentoring juniors
- Experience with SQL
- Experience working on CRM’s, ideally Dynamics
- Experience with Azure (must have)
- Experience troubleshooting 2nd/3rd line escalations
- Experience with .NET is advantageous
The Senior Application Support Engineer will be responsible
- Management of day-to-day tickets
- Prioritisation of critical tickets
- Assisting clients with API integrations from onboarding the production launch
- Monitor application performance
- Work closely with support and engineering teams to fix bugs
