I am currently recruiting for a Grounds Maintenance Technician to work on a static NHS site in Reading.
To work as part of the team undertaking grounds maintenance site wide and maintenance of all building fabric within your capability.
This post holder shall from time to time be the liaison person where specialist works are undertaken on various plant, equipment and systems.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- The primary duty will be maintaining the Estates Grounds, with the secondary function being general fabric maintenance.
- You should have a good understanding of the work of other trades, which is essential to maintain the flexibility of the department.
- You may be asked to perform other tasks as and when required by management.
- You must be willing to attend courses as and when required.
This is a temp to perm role with immediate starts available.
Monday – Friday. 9:30 – 5:30
£19PH umbrella PAYE
£28k Permanent.
Relevant certifications are desirable
Basic DBS is required for this site
