Future Build Recruitment are currently looking for Multi Traders for a well know client of ours who deal with social housing refurbishment. This would be to work on a kitchens and bathrooms contract in the Pevensey area which is due to go on for the next few years. Ideally candidates would have a proven track record with working on refurbishment projects ideally with public sector clients. You will be expected to carry out a variety of tasks on a wide range of different projects including in Void properties. You will ensure installations and repairs are carried out to a high standard in accordance with current working practices.

Responsibilities:

• Conducting routine maintenance and repairs on social housing properties.
• Responding promptly to maintenance requests from tenants and property managers.
• Ensuring all work is completed efficiently and to high-quality standards.
• Conducting inspections and identifying areas requiring maintenance or repair.
• Collaborating with other maintenance team members and contractors as needed.

Qualifications/Skills

• Qualified to NVQ2 level in Building Maintenance, Multi Trade repair and refurbishment operations or demonstrate equivalent trade experience. Previous experience of working within the social housing sector is desirable but not essential
• Excellent customer service skills and commitment to always deliver high quality standards · Adhere to site safety rules, including always wearing appropriate personal protective equipment
• A good understanding of all trades listed and can competently carry them out to a good standard within a deadline.: Plastering, Plumbing Carpentry, Decorating, Wet trades, Kitchen fitting, Bathroom fitting. · Valid CSCS card
