LOBSTER RECRUITMENT ARE LOOKING FOR CARERS AND SUPPORT WORKERS IN EASTBOURNE AND THE SURROUNDING AREAS!

As a Care Support Worker joining Lobster Recruitment, you’ll help residents enjoy each day by ensuring they get the best quality of care they need and deserve.

You’ll assist with their daily living, providing companionship and physical or emotional support.
Respecting residents’ rights of choice, privacy and dignity
Support residents with personal care and mealtimes.
Working as part of a team to identify residents’ unique goals and implement personalised care plans.

Working flexibly to help residents explore new interests, engage in physical activities, and make sure they enjoy themselves in a stimulating and homely environment. Your empathy and warm-hearted approach will shine through. In return we'll provide all the training you need to thrive within this role.

- Requirements
- Must be able to work part time or full time
- Flexible with Day or Night shifts
- Must have a minimum of 6 months experience in Care in the UK
