About Our Client:

Our client, a leading specialist in the Education field are looking to add an experienced Education Lawyer with a focus on Special Education Needs matters due to a period of growth.

Whilst prior Special Education Needs would be beneficial, this firm are dedicated to supporting and developing someone with a strong education law background with the right level of support and guidance, led by a well-known Partner in the sector.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the team to develop effective referral connections across teams.
  • Provide expert legal support for special educational needs, ensuring the best outcomes for clients.
  • Build and maintain strong professional relationships with clients, demonstrating dedication and sensitivity.
  • Listen closely to clients' needs and priorities, working in partnership to secure the best possible options and outcomes.
  • Develop new and effective networks to expand your practise area.
  • Act as a business developer, building key contact relationships.
  • Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders, gaining their trust and becoming a key member of the team.

Essential (Knowledge, skills, qualifications, experience):

  • Previous experience as an Education and/or SEN lawyer.
  • Highly motivated to enhance your profile and reputation in a highly specialised field.
  • Ability to motivate others and share knowledge.
  • Exceptional communication skills to connect with stakeholders.

Desirable (Knowledge, skills, qualifications, experience):

  • Business development experience, with the ability to develop effective networks.
  • Resilience, thoroughness, and attention to detail.
  • Passion for delivering high standards of work to clients.
