Role: 1-1 Teaching Assistant

Rate of pay: £384.60 - £425 P/W

Connex Education are seeking a 1-1 and/or 2-1Teaching Assistant confident with working in a school setting with SEN students.

**About the school**

This prestigious SEN Secondary School (11-19 year olds) is located in Nuneaton (CV11), our school provide a welcoming, caring and safe environment where young people can grow as individuals and prosper in their education. All pupils have an EHCP (Educational Healthcare Plan) or are in the process of getting one. We specialise in supporting these pupils who are currently working at Primary School age year 1 and year 2. Our school aims to enable every child to achieve his or her max potential through opportunity, equality and enjoyment.

**Role Requirements**

· Level 3 Supporting Teaching and Learning or Equivalent Level 3 UK Educational qualification is required.

· Previous experience working in Educational is essential.

· A commitment to promoting equality and diversity in the classroom

· An understanding of child protection and safeguarding guidelines

· Enhanced DBS on the update service or willingness to apply for one through Connex Education.
