RPS are working in conjunction with a leading, global tier 1 aerospace manufacturer who are looking for a FAIRS Inspector/Engineer to join them on their North Wales site.
For this FAIRS Inspector position you must:
• To maintain quality control within the manufacturing process, in line with business standards and customer requirements.
• Inspection and verification of parts at all stages within business.
• First article inspection procedures.
• Non-conformance procedures.
• Root cause analysis and resolution.
• Work as part of team to achieve quality and production targets.
• Support process of building quality into the manufacturing cycle.
• Represent quality function at team meetings.
Core skills/attributes needed for the FAIRS inspector:
• Experienced in an engineering background.
• Ability to interpret engineering drawings and specifications.
• Technical knowledge & experience within the aerospace sector preferred.
• Experience in a quality control environment preferred.
• Provide 1st Article Inspection Reports.
• First Article Inspection experience.
