Job Title: Occupational Therapist
Location: South West London.
Hours: 4 Days Per week if Band 6 - 3 Days per week if Band 7. 8AM till 4PM
MUST HOLD A UK DRIVERS LICENCE.
Commuity / Rapid response.
Assessment of paitents requiring rehabilitation in their homes. Rapid response for administration. Moving and handling risk assessment, prescription of equiptment. The role requires strong moving and handling competency and ability to adapt flexability to rapid response requests. Ability to liaise with social services / continuing healthcare/ equiptment providers and the MDT.
The role will be split between 3 locations and full time is desirable.
Must be willing to work at all 3 locations.
