A brilliant opportunity has arisen to work for an established FM Service Provider based in Bond Street, London has arisen!

My client is looking for an Electrical Maintenance Engineer to be based in a commercial office building situated in Bond Street, London. The successful candidate will be working in an engineering team of three and ideally be multi-skilled with a proven track record in commercial building maintenance. The ideal candidate will ideally be from a strong technical engineering background. In return the company are offering a competitive salary, overtime and the chance to work at this modern site.

Duties:

  • Lighting (Small installation, Fault-finding, Lamping, etc)
  • Emergency lighting tests
  • Control Panels
  • Changing Ballast
  • BMS System - Monitor (i.e. Hot & cold)
  • Carry out all aspects of M&E/Fabric maintenance
  • Manage Subcontractors
  • Maintain and update Log books

Hours of Work & Salary

  • Up to £50,000 per annum
  • Monday to Friday (40 hour week)
  • 9:00am - 6:00pm
  • Lots of overtime available

Requirements

  • Electrically qualified
  • C&G / NVQ Level 2&3 - Essential
  • C&G 17th Edition or 18th Edition
  • You must be able to provide copies of your trade certificates
  • A proven track record in commercial building maintenance
