Yard Operative – Days  

This is a temp to perm contract, all candidates have the potential to earn a permanent position within our client’s team. Upon gaining a contract you will have access to a wide range of benefits such as, bike to work scheme, cinema discounts, health & fitness benefits. 

 
**Due to shift times, candidates must live local to Goldthorpe or have their own means of transport** 

Pay Rate:  £11.50, increasing after 12 weeks to £12.01

Job Type: Temp to perm 

Location: Goldthorpe, S63 
Hours:  Working any 5 days out of the 7 on a monthly rota  

Duties: 

• Organising returnable warehouse equipment (crates/cages/pallets etc) 
• Stacking returnable/warehouse equipment (crates/cages/pallets etc) 
• Other ad hoc duties as and when required.  
• Opportunity for upskilling upon gaining a permanent contract (our client will put candidates through their forklift training/license) 

Requirements: 

• Display a "can do" attitude and reliability.  
• Must be comfortable working in all weather conditions  
• This is a very physically demanding role so must be comfortable with manual handling/heavy lifting
