Flourish Education are currently recruiting for a Teaching Assistant to work in a First school covering LKS2 Year 4 in Redditch. The school has recently been rated ‘good’ by OFSTED. 

As a Year 4 Teaching Assistant you will be expected to support the class teacher. The school is looking for someone who is willing to commit to a full-time position.

Required Skills and Experience for this Teaching Assistant (TA) role:

• Level 2 Teaching Assistant qualification or equivalent
• Experience in a Primary School or Nursery setting
• Experience of teaching or supporting Phonics
• Committed to a long-term post (Full academic year)

• Up to £95 per day which equates to £18,525 per annum based on working 5 days a week for a full school year.

The Teaching Assistant role in a First School is in Redditch, and is easily to commute from Studley, Alcester, Bromsgrove, Longbridge & Rubery. The school has an onsite car park and is easily accessible via public transport.
