Anderselite Recruitment is seeking a highly motivated Multi-Skilled Joiner to join our client, a social housing provider that operate in and around Sunderland. They are committed to providing high-quality living spaces for their residents and your skills will be instrumental in achieving this goal.

The Role:

• Youll play a pivotal role as part of the Void Service Team, ensuring properties in Sunderland, Middlesbrough, Newcastle, and Darlington are prepared for new residents.
• Youll also work alongside the Responsive Repairs Team, assisting them with urgent repairs for existing tenants.
• You will work on a variety of projects, this includes kitchen and bathroom maintenance, flooring installations, repairs and maintenance.
• This role offers the option for on-call work to supplement your income (details provided during interview).
• Work schedules will be allocated by the head office
• Excellent communication and a customer-centric approach are essential.

The Ideal Candidate:

• Holds a relevant qualification in joinery, such as an NVQ Level 2 or 3.
• Preferably multi-trade (e.g., basic plumbing, plastering).
• Demonstrates a strong work ethic and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Holds a valid driving license with no more than 6 penalty points on license.
• Possesses excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with residents.
• Takes immense pride in their work and is committed to delivering a high standard of service.
