PAYE basis

Rate of pay:

• Rate of £19.36 per hour – first 39 hours
• Rate of £29.04 per hour – last 11 hours
• Rate of £21.48 per hour – average across 50 hours

Paid Holidays: 30 days per year (including bank holidays)

Overtime:

• Monday – Friday - Time and a third after 10 hours
• Nights – Time and a third
• Sat & Sunday and night all hours – Time and a third
• Pension
• Training and upskilling paid for

Candidates must have:

• Full understanding of all aspects and responsibilities of a Concrete Ganger
• Good level of experience of concrete associated works
• The experience of supervising a small team of operatives
• Expected to lead by example in a working supervisory position
• Carry out any tasks assigned by overseeing operatives/Foreman with regards to safetyworking to method
• CSCS skilled worker card having achieved or working towards an NVQ for a particular skill, SSSTS

Preferred

• CSCS skilled worker card having achieved or working towards an NVQ for a particular skill, SSSTS
• SMSTS - site managers safety training scheme (5 days) CPCS,
• Manual handling
• First aid at work (4 day).
• Driving license
