Business Support Administrator

The Business Support Administrator Role involves utilizing designated systems and procedures to support the team in processing various transactions promptly and accurately within the Business Services Centre (BSC). It aims to provide a versatile administrative service across all functional areas.

Experience:

  • Proficient in utilizing a variety of computer systems
  • Skilled in team collaboration while also capable of independent initiative
  • Dedicated to working efficiently and effectively, constantly seeking to enhance services and customer outcomes
  • Collaborates effectively with colleagues and possesses the ability to work autonomously when required

Main Responsibilities:

To ensure the security and integrity of all personal data, including bank account details, both electronic and paper, in accordance with data security principles:

Utilize designated employee and financial systems, adhering to detailed business processes, to execute transactions within agreed-upon timescales.

Employ a variety of computer systems for maintaining and entering data and information. These systems encompass Microsoft Office applications such as word processing, spreadsheets, and email, as well as internal platforms like SAP, Oleeo, ebulk, Granicus Forms, and Civica UPM.

Collaborate as part of a team to uphold high standards and fulfill the business requirements.
