Flourish Education are recruiting for a SEN Teaching Assistant to work at a First School in the Redditch area. Our client is looking to a recruit a full time SEN Teaching Assistant to work on a long-term basis.

The SEN Teaching Assistant role is to support Reception Early Years (EYFS), starting from September for the full academic year.   

The successful applicant would need to have a secure understanding on the First School curriculum, strong behaviour management skills, and previous experience of supporting those with SEN. The school are looking for candidates who are willing to commit to long-term position to ensure consistency for the children.

Required Skills and Experience for this SEN Teaching Assistant role:

• Minium Level 2 Teaching Assistant qualification or equivalent
• Previous experience in a UK Primary School
• Committed to long term role
• Knowledge of the early years (EYFS) curriculum
• SEN experience is advantageous

Working for Flourish Education as a SEN Teaching Assistant you will receive:

• Up to £95 per day which equates to £18,525 per annum based on working 5 days a week for a full school year.

The position is in a First School is in Redditch, and is easily to commute from Studley, Alcester, Bromsgrove, Longbridge & Rubery. The school has an onsite car park and is easily accessible via public transport.
