Elevation Recruitment group are working on an exciting opportunity, to work for an established manufacturing business. The company are looking for an Administrative Assistant to join their team and provide exceptional support to the CEO.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and organisational skills, be detail-oriented, and ensure that finance and administrative support to the company is delivered efficiently.

Key Responsibilities for the Administrative assistant:

  • Organising and maintaining office operations, supplies, and procedures to ensure efficiency and productivity.
  • Handling incoming and outgoing communications, including phone calls, emails, and other correspondence, and ensuring timely and accurate responses.
  • Managing calendars, scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for executives and staff, and coordinating events and conferences.
  • Preparing, editing, and filing documents, reports, and presentations, as well as maintaining accurate records and databases.
  • Providing administrative support to team members and departments.

Key Skills for the Administrative Assistant:

  • At least 3 years’ experience in administrative duties
  • Good attention to detail
  • Good understanding of Microsoft Office, Excel, Power point and SharePoint would be advantageous
  • Professional and confident when dealing with telephone and email enquiries
