Key Responsibilities for the Customer Service Representative:

• Providing timely and effective assistance to customers through various channels (phone, email, chat, in-person) to resolve inquiries, complaints, and issues.
• Maintaining a thorough understanding of the company’s products, services, policies, and procedures to provide accurate information and support to customers.
• Identifying customer needs, solving queries and offering solutions to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
• Recording customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints in a detailed and organised manner for future reference and analysis.
• Collecting and forwarding customer feedback to relevant departments for continuous improvement of products, services, and customer experience initiatives.
