XCL Group have an exciting opportunity with a growing High end printing company who are market leaders in what they do. This is a chance to work with some of the best in the industry and be a part of future projects working alongside new and existing clients. Their products are finished to a high standard and have worked with blue chip clients and even undertaken work for the kings Coronation.

The main duties of the role will be, but not limited to:

• Liaising with new and existing clients on a daily basis.
• Generating new sales leads and booking appointments for sale meetings.
• Cold calling clients to drum up new business and promote the company and capabilities of the company.
• Carrying out all admin tasks to support the lead generation such as sending and responding to emails, updating internal systems and diary management.
• Part of this role will involve the promotion of the business through social media.
• Regularly updating the companies social media pages including Linked In, Instagram, Facebook and X Pages with new designs and promoting the level of finish the company can achieve.
• There will also be account management duties where you will be expected to follow up with existing clients and liaise with them throughout the course of the production for each of their orders.
• Establish and grow relationships with existing clients and were possible secure further business.

Preferred Skills/ Experience:

• Ideally you must come from a sales or telesales background.
• Have an excellent telephone manner and friendly personality.
• It would be advantageous to have experience in the printing industry.
• Previous experience in marketing or using social media to promote businesses in the past.

Hours:

Monday – Friday 9am – 5pm

This is an office based position and we are looking for someone who has an outgoing persona and would be keen to talk to potential clients and help to build on their ever growing portfolio of clients.
