Leadership Development Consultant

We are seeking a Leadership Development Consultant for our public sector client based in Essex on an initial 6 month contract paying £500 to £550 per day inside IR35 depending on experience.
This role allows hybrid working with an expectation of attending the office - 1 - 2 days per week.
The successful candidate will possess proven skills working with the following -
- Workforce strategy
- Leadership & management development
- learning interventions
- organisational strategy
- Organisation development (OD)
- Design of leadership & management programmes
- quality assurance
- contract management
- coaching, workshops, consultancy, ODP
