We are currently seeking a highly organised and punctual individual for a part-time Reception Admin position. This is a permanent role with our client, offering an annual salary ranging from £13,087. 🔍 Full Details:

- Skills: The ideal candidate will be highly organised and possess great time management skills. They will also be well-presented, an effective communicator, and proficient in Microsoft packages.

- Contract Type: Permanent

- Annual Salary: From £13,087.36

- Working Pattern: Part-Time (22 hours per week)

- Working Hours: Monday to Thursday: 1.30pm - 6pm, Friday: 1.30pm - 5.30pm

The successful candidate will be asked to cover the morning receptionist during their absence.

- Main Duties:

Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner.
Answer and direct incoming calls promptly and courteously.
Manage incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries.
Maintain the reception area, ensuring it is clean and presentable at all times.
Schedule and coordinate meeting rooms and appointments.
Book accommodation when required.
Provide cover for the morning receptionist during their absence.

HR Administrative Duties:

Assist with the recruitment process, including posting job vacancies and drafting offers of employment.
Request and provide references, ensuring timely submission of necessary documents.
Facilitate the onboarding process for new employees, including preparing orientation materials and conducting initial training sessions.
Maintain and update employee records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
Support employee benefits administration, payroll processing, and performance reviews.
Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies, procedures, and benefits.
