As a Field Operations Specialist, you will be the backbone of our operations, activating our clients’ mobile separation equipment. We are seeking individuals who are not only technically proficient but also have a thirst for knowledge and a desire to broaden their skills. Regardless of whether you have experience in plant operations or are entering this field with no prior experience, we welcome your zeal and dedication.

Your Core Responsibilities:

• Expertly install, operate, and maintain a variety of Mobile Separation Equipment.
• Adjust machine settings for optimal processing results.
• Assist Service Engineers during site visits or at our workshop.
• Engage with the sales team for customer visits and surveys after training.
• Lead and train subcontracted labour and new team members.
• Diligently adhere to Risk Assessments and Method Statements for all installation and operational tasks.
