Site Manager

About the Role: We are looking for a Site Manager to oversee several small projects (valued between £30,000 - £75,000) involving modifications to pipework, concrete baffles and some M&E works, the role is 75% civil work and 25% mechanical-electrical (M&E).
Requirements:
- Experience as a Site Manager, especially with concrete works
- Basic knowledge of mechanical-electrical systems
- SMSTS and First Aid certifications are essential
- Strong organisational and leadership skills
- Willingness to work on-site
- Ability to travel within the Midlands (mileage allowance can be provided)
Ideal Candidates:
- Located in or near Birmingham, Coventry, Stafford, or Stone
- Ready to start within the next 1-2 weeks
