What will you be doing?
- Manage both monthly and weekly payroll processing efficiently and accurately
- Ensure compliance with all payroll regulations
- Maintain employee records and confidential information securely
- Handle payroll-related queries from employees and management
- Reconcile payroll reports and resolve discrepancies
- Collaborate with the HR department to update employee information
- Keep abreast of changes in payroll laws and regulations
Your background:
- Previous experience in running both monthly and weekly payrolls is required
- Strong knowledge of payroll laws and regulations
- Proficiency in payroll software and MS Office, particularly Excel
- Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
The salary for this position is £30,000p/a with additional benefits.
