Commercial Property Solicitor
Location: Walsall, England
Salary: Up to £50,000 per annum, dependent on experience (DOE)
Hours: Full-time, Monday to Friday, 9:00 am - 5:15 pm
Simpson Judge are proud to be assisting a growing multi office and disciplinary client of ours in their search for a Commercial Property Solicitor to work in their thriving Walsall office.
About the Role:
Our client is looking to bring on board an experienced Commercial Property Solicitor to come in and firstly work on some matters that are already available, but also have the ability and desire to conduct successful business development meetings.
Some of your day to day duties will include:
* Converting internal referred work.
* Conducting and attending business development meetings and functions.
* Handling and advising clients on a variety of Commercial Property matters ranging from; * Site acquisition * Purchase, development and sale agreements * Joint ventures * Pre-letting agreements
About You:
* You will ideally have 5 year post qualified experience working in Conveyancing and Commercial Property departments.
* Strong interpersonal skills with potentially a team leading background.
* A working knowledge of the local area.
