We have an exciting immediate vacancy for a growing property company based in North London.

We are looking for bright switched on candidates with experience within the property industry who enjoy working within a busy fast paced environment.

There is great progression opportunity within this growing business, and full training will be provided.

Key Responsibilities for the Property Administrator:

  • Handle debit card payments

  • Manage and chase rent payments

  • Scan, file, and save documents and post

  • Maintain compliance and certification records

  • Enter supplier invoices accurately

  • Answer incoming calls and greet visitors

  • Manage office supplies

  • Perform bookkeeping tasks using QuickBooks

  • Log maintenance and communication reports

  • Set up tenancy agreements

For this Property Administrator role the employer is looking for:

  • 1 year + Administration experience within the property industry

  • Proficiency in MS Office and QuickBooks

  • Strong organisational and communication skills

  • Attention to detail
