We have an excellent opportunity for a Site Manager to join a fantastic medium sized award-winning residential developer that operate throughout the Southeast. The successful Site Manager will be under a Project Manager spearheading a large scale regeneration scheme which includes the construction of 250 new homes; split between RC frame apartment blocks, traditional build housing, and various other amenities such as commercial and retail space, and a new school. This will be along with extensive infrastructure including new roads, cycle paths, and walkways.

What they are looking for

The candidate will need to have a background in delivering large RC frame new build residential schemes; be able to manage programmes & budgets, and drive the site through to an exceptional quality finish, managing subcontractors & liaising with internal and external bodies whilst ensuring health & safety is kept to the highest standard.

Experience in both RC frame apartment projects, and traditional build housing projects is important for this role.

Site Managers who have seen multiple projects from inception to completion would be ideal, along with experience working for large nationwide residential developers; capable of delivering projects to tight programmes.
