A reputable property management company, is seeking a Lettings Manager to join their lettings team and drive the growth of their rental portfolio.

We are seeking candidates with a passion for Property & Lettings, excellent marketing skills, and a strong understanding of the rental market. The ideal candidate will have a passion for delivering exceptional customer service, building strong relationships with landlords and tenants, and achieving business targets.

Responsibilities:
- Conducting property viewings and tenant screenings
- Negotiating and preparing tenancy agreements
- Handling rental payments, arrears, and deposit disputes
- Ensuring compliance with lettings regulations and property laws
- Developing and maintaining relationships with landlords, tenants, and industry partners

Requirements:
- Previous experience in lettings management would be desirable
- Proven track record of achieving rental targets and business growth
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
- Knowledge of rental market trends and property regulations
- Proficiency in lettings software and MS Office suite
