Key Responsibilities:

• Design, install, and maintain telephone systems for our clients.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to telecommunication systems.

• Perform regular system updates and maintenance to ensure optimal performance.
• Provide technical support and training to clients and internal teams.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements to keep our services cutting-edge.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Telephone Systems Engineer or in a similar role.
• In-depth knowledge of telephone systems, VoIP technologies, and network infrastructure.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Relevant certifications (e.g., Cisco, Avaya, Mitel) are a plus.
