Spencer Clarke Group are currently working alongside an award winning, and incredibly successful Accountancy Firm, who are recruiting for an Private Client Tax Senior Manager to join their growing tax team. Our client is looking to recruit someone to be based at their Chesterfield office.

  • Core hours policy (7.5 hours per day, working between 08:00 and 18:00).

What does this role entail?

  • Regularly advise on the full spectrum of private client tax advice
  • IHT reviews and bespoke, complex planning to mitigate
  • Implementation and management of trust planning
  • Preparation of Wills
  • Property tax planning
  • Offshore aspects (although not essential)
  • Residency and Domicile aspects for HNWs (although not essential)
  • Estate planning and administration
  • Review of compliance documents (including trust returns, IHT forms, some personal tax returns for HNWs)
  • Autonomously scope and deliver projects to clients
  • Have an important part in the operation of the private client tax planning team

For this role you must have experience advising on inheritance tax and trusts, and ideally within the administration of Estates (although not essential).
