We are currently recruiting for a Transport Planner within an engineering company in Fleet.
You must have 4 years+ experience within UK Transport Planning and be a member of the Chartered Institution of Highways and Transportation (MCIHT).

Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare Transport Assessments and Statements
- Develop and coordinate Travel Plans
- Create and present technical data and drawings
- Conduct junction capacity assessments using ARCADY, PICADY, and LINSIG
- Liaise with clients, contractors, and authorities
- Deliver tasks on time and within budget
- Check work quality and accuracy of junior team members
- Collaborate with the team and support junior staff development
- Assist Team Leaders in providing comprehensive advice on Highways & Transport matters
- Perform site appraisals, design surveys, and contribute to reports and presentations
- Maintain up-to-date project files
- Assist with additional tasks as required by Team Leader
- Degree in a relevant subject, for example, Transport Planning, Geography, Civil Engineering
- 4+ years of experience of UK Transport Planning standards and processes
- Member of Chartered Institution of Highways and Transportation (MCIHT)
- Working experience / understanding of ARCADY, PICADY and LINSIG
- Strong understanding of MS Office packages and spreadsheets
- Use of AutoCAD (desirable)
- Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to clearly communicate findings from complex data
- Ability to work easily and accurately with numbers
- Confident written and verbal communication skills
- Good commercial understanding
