Key Responsibilities:

• Quality Audits: Participate in internal audits and work closely with the Quality Manager to support the Quality Management System (QMS). Any AS9100 experience is desired however no essential. 
•  Problem Solving: Collaborate cross-functionally to resolve quality issues, implementing effective and lasting corrective actions.
• Assist the inspection team and Quality Manager with quality functions and day-to-day tasks.
• Customer & Supplier Relations: Engage with customers and suppliers to maintain and enhance relationships, resolving any issues that arise.
•  Skills: Utilize your expertise in PPAP, APQP, 8D, 5Y, and MSA to uphold quality standards.
• FAIRS Reporting: Prepare First Article Inspection Reports (FAIRs) as needed.

Ideal Candidate:

• Experience: Previous experience in a precision engineering environment is essential. Experience in aerospace, automotive, or precision machine shops is a plus.
• Stability: Seeking a long-term, stable position where you can grow and develop within the company.
