What will you be doing?
- Tracking business results, performing cost analysis and monitoring KPIs
- Managing all business operations which will include organising, planning and monitoring day to day workload for the organisation
- Setting and monitoring KPIs across the organisation
- Maximising business procedures and implementing process improvements
- Leading the teams and demonstrating best practice
Your background:
- Experience within a similar position in the local area is key for this position, local knowledge is essential for this position
- Strong people management skills, great communication skills and the ability to work as part of and motivate a team
The salary for this position is £50,000-£60,000p/a depending on experience.
