Morson are delighted to be partnering with a fantastic client who have a newly created role available within their HR team.

This is a full-time permanent opportunity for an experienced Senior ER Advisor to join an established and reputable blue-collar organisation in Leeds. Salary ranges between £36,000 - £42,000 DOE.

The Senior ER Advisor will be required to work at the Leeds HQ (on site) with some travel to other sites which are based predominantly around West Yorkshire. 

You will play a key part within the HR team, who are incredibly close-knit and supportive, as the ER expert for all conduct related cases and projects surrounding this. An important element of this role is upskilling and coaching managers at all levels, therefore visibility at different sites is important. 

The Role:

  • Manage an ER caseload (can be up to 100 cases at any one time)
  • Ensure your employment law knowledge is up to date
  • Support managers at all levels in coaching and upskilling them on a range of HR related issues
  • Work with the HR Manager to lead on any ER related projects and initiatives 
  • Own any TUPE and redundancy processes 
  • Lead on updating HR policies and procedures
  • Support with other areas of generalist HR such as ED&I, change and transformation, training, etc.

Requirements: 

  • An experienced HR Advisor with a specialism within Employee Relations
  • Proven experience of managing a high volume ER caseload within a busy HR function
  • Excellent stakeholder management experience 
  • Must be flexible to attend other sites and be visible to stakeholders across the business
  • CIPD Level 5 or relevant experience at this level
