On behalf of a well-known and very well respected company, M4 Recruitment seek reliable, professional and hard working Customer Service and Administration Candidate in Thatcham.

You will be expected to work five shifts across Monday to Friday – office hours.

This Customer Service and Administration role requires someone reliable and hard-working who is prepared to commit long term.

Key duties and responsibilities for Customer Service and Administration Candidate:

·Managing day to day customer telephone and email enquiries ensuring all verbal and written. communication, including customer correspondence and file notes, reflects our brand values, is error free and grammatically correct.

·Preparing and processing customer telephone orders, offering product alternatives for OOS items. Training will be given.

·Printing and counting daily orders; preparing by nominated courier methods for warehouse team.

·Keeping accurate customer account records capturing all transaction information.

·Ensuring our customers experience a ‘first class ’ freight delivery service, from booking in freight orders and liaising with our external freight forwarding team and internal Warehouse Teams to confirming the customer of their delivery details and any amends/changes. Once the order has been delivered a customer follow up call is made to ensure there are no issues or feedback.

·Raising any customer complaints or queries with the Customer Service Manager to ensure a positive resolution.

·Supporting the Customer Returns Manager by taking a detailed summary of the customer complaint details. Ensuing all customer correspondence is correct on the file in readiness for the Customer Return Manager to process.

·Contacting our customers to resolve pricing queries, arrange deliveries, share product offers and other order queries.

·Following up with key customers, students to share product offers.

·Supporting the wider sales and marketing function with ad hoc tasks.

·Adhoc support to wider business when required.

To be a successful applicant for this position Customer Service and Administration role, you will be required to have the following skills / experiences;

·Highly customer focused with the ability to communicate effectively, inspire and influence

·A can-do customer first attitude

·Confident on the telephone and happy to make out-going customer calls

·Outstanding communication, interpersonal skills

·Excellent verbal and written communication skills

·Previous experience in a Customer Care or Customer facing role

·Good analytical skills and attention to detail

·Highly organised and able to multi-task and priorities

·Proven track record of working to KPI’s and achieving targets

·Strong computer skills - Proficient level, Microsoft Office, Excel and ideally Sage 200 experience

·Good team player

Pay for Customer Service and Administration role is £26,000 - £28,000 dependent on experience.
