Salary: £36000-£44000 (dependent on experience)

I am looking for a creative Architect with an enthusiasm for creating innovative designs to join a RIBA chartered practice in Newport. The award-winning practice has a brilliant reputation and works on a range of Assisted Living, Residential and Leisure projects. The team ensure a collaborative approach is taken to provide exceptional designs that always exceed client expectations.
The successful Architect will have significant post Part 3 experience and will enjoy creating innovative designs whilst collaborating with the client and wider team. Ideally you will have worked on assisted living projects previously and you will be proficient using Revit and AutoCAD.
Skills, Responsibilities and Experience for the role of Architect:
- ARB registered
- Significant experience post Part 3 qualification
- Great knowledge of current UK building regulations
- Comfortable working through all RIBA stages
- Confident liaising with clients and the wider team
- Great communication skills
- Positive and proactive approach to work
- Track record of creating modern designs
- Assisted living project experience is beneficial
- Revit and AutoCAD proficiency is essential
- Must live locally to Newport, or willing to commute
