Job: Senior Sales Negotiator 
Location: Tonbridge Area, Kent 
Salary: Basic Salary £22,000 - 24,000 Plus milage allowance. OTE Circa £32,000 (DOE)

Our clients are on the lookout for a friendly and motivated Senior Sales Negotiator to join their successful estate agency team. If you have a knack for sales and a passion for helping people find their dream homes, this could be the perfect fit for you. 

Our clients are a highly reputed, successful and progressive independent agency who are in a period of growth, as such they are now looking to grow the team. 

The role:

• Helping Clients: Chatting with clients to understand what they’re looking for in a property and offering tailored advice.
• Building Relationships: Creating and maintaining strong connections with buyers, sellers, and other key contacts.
• Market Insights: Keeping up with market trends and providing accurate property valuations.
• Property Viewings: Arranging and conducting viewings, showcasing properties in the best light.
• Sales Support: Managing the sales process from initial offer to final completion, ensuring everything runs smoothly.
• Hitting Targets: Working towards and exceeding sales targets, contributing to the overall success of the team.

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience: At least 2 years of experience in a sales negotiator role within an estate agency.
• People Skills: Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to build rapport easily.
• Negotiation: Strong negotiation skills with a proven track record of closing deals.
• Customer Focus: A friendly and customer-focused approach, always putting the client first.
• Local Knowledge: A good understanding of the local property market and area.
• Organisation: Great organisational and time-management skills.

What’s in It for You:
