Search Consultancy are supporting a National House Builder who require an additional Site Manager on a new housing development in Hull.
The development is running at a fast pace, and they require extra resources.
About the Role;
Working alongside the current Site Manager you will be responsible for;
* Managing programme
* Managing workforce
* Managing Sub-Contractors
* Overseeing Health & Safety
* Ensuring Quality standards are met
* Client Liaison
About You;
* You must have either a trades background or a degree in construction management.
* Extensive experience managing housing developments on behalf of the main contractor.
* SMSTS, CSCS & First Aid, Scaffold Inspection.
* Please note that this Contractor conducts random drug & alcohol testing on site.
