The Role:
As a trainee recruitment consultant, you will receive comprehensive training and support to help you learn the ropes of recruitment and excel in your role. You will be responsible for:

• Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and candidates
• Sourcing and attracting top talent through various channels
• Conducting screening calls and assessments to match candidates with suitable roles
• Providing expert advice and support to clients and candidates throughout the recruitment process
• Meeting and exceeding performance targets

Requirements:

• A keen interest in starting a career in recruitment, ideally within the technology or engineering sectors
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and candidates
• Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
• Proficiency in using recruitment software and social media platforms is a plus, but not essential
